New editorship, change in submission procedures

I have been added to editorial team of the JCGL as an editor (as of January 2004). Ken Safir will retire by the end of this year, and Henk van Riemsdijk and I will continue. To facilitate the submission and the reviewing procedures, we have made the following changes. Manuscripts should be submitted by e-mail (preferably as pdf attachments) to either Henk (Henk.vanRiemsdijk@kub.nl) or me (susi@alum.mit.edu ). If you have unpublished articles on any aspect of Germanic linguistics, please consider submitting them to the JCGL!
