Nordlyd is the University of Tromsoe's Working Papers in Linguistics, newly launched in an electronic-only format. It is available free of charge at the above URL. The ISSN is 1503-8599.

This issue is a special six-part issue (52 articles, 833 pages!) containing the Proceedings of SCL 19, held in Tromsoe in January 2002. The publication date for the volume is 2003. The first five numbers been available for a half a year but the Proceedings has become complete just this week.

The articles in this volume are all in English. Navigation buttons at the site constitute a little lesson in Norwegian, e.g. "sammendrag" means 'abstract' and "fulltekst" means 'full text.' Full reference information appears on the first page of each article.
